Description:
All Lines Technology is seeking an MSP Network Administrator to provide direct networking support for our MSP customers, and to be the direct escalation point within the MSP business unit for all networking specific issues. Additionally, this role may be tasked with designing and implementing networking specific solutions to our MSP clients.

You will support the business by developing, administering, and maintaining the network infrastructure of our managed customers, making sure that the systems and related components are secure, have integrity, and are highly available. The software, hardware, network security programs, and data storage systems you will be working with are constantly changing. Your dedication to ongoing education is critical to staying current and fully informed.
What you get to do every day:
- Troubleshooting and resolving local area networks / wide area network / wireless / firewall performance, connectivity, and related network problems
- Administering the operation of services related to all firewalls, switches, routers, local area, wide area, and wireless networks, following company policies and procedures
- Providing short- and long-term proactive support to MSP client’s network infrastructure.
- Working with the MSP team as both a subject matter expert and a direct point of escalation.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts
- LAN (local area networks) experience
- Advanced knowledge of DNS and DHCP
- 2 years related experience in MSP organization – commitment to specialization in Networking
- General familiarity with VLAN
- General familiarity with Wireless networks
- General familiarity with Firewall configuration
- General familiarity with IPSec and SSL VPN configuration
- Strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills
- Experience in production environments and willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
- Experience with Aruba, Fortinet, Azure, Cisco, and Meraki are highly preferred
- Experience with ConnectWise RMM, Auvik, FortiManager, or similar tools highly preferred
