All Lift Service Co. is looking for a vibrant, highly organized Service Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our service department. You’ll be the frontline connection between our customers and our Field Service Technicians—making sure jobs get scheduled, dispatched, and completed quickly and correctly.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming service calls and deliver friendly, frontline customer service
- Generate work orders and dispatch Field Service Technicians for daily jobs
- Manage the daily activity and response times of the field service team
- Drive planned maintenance scheduling to hit 90% PM completion
- Keep work-in-process moving for timely billing and problem resolution
- Review and manage technician timesheets (Tinnacity) and daily work orders
- Run credit cards on completed jobs and coordinate handling of COD customers
- Generate monthly planned-maintenance reports and customer scheduling calls
- Flag escalations to the Service Manager and pass sales leads to the sales team
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance scheduling with the Technical Lead
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- One or more years of office or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Above-average Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with databases, email, and general computer work
- Able to apply basic math (fractions, percentages, ratios)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
