We are hiring a Product Service Engineer to coordinate remote service testing and new technology adoption across Product Groups. This role is ideal for someone with a strong service engineering background who enjoys project coordination, product validation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate remote service test development and validation.
- Support product group adoption of new service technologies.
- Track project milestones and technology readiness.
- Prepare executive presentations and leadership updates.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, Product Groups, and Proving Grounds.
- Validate service tests on heavy equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of Service Engineering or Product Support experience.
- Experience with service tools and technical diagnostics.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Heavy Equipment or Diesel Engine experience.
- Product validation and NPI experience.
