As a Preschool Teacher at All Kids Early Learning Center, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of young children. This position is essential in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports the growth and learning of each child.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques.
- Foster strong relationships with children to support their emotional and social growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- 12 units in Child Development or Early Childhood Education or related field, and even better if you have infant/toddler units!
- TB, Immunizations, Physical, and background clearance
