Duties
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall well-being of the children
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a structured and organized learning environment
- Assess and monitor each child's progress to tailor teaching strategies to individual needs
- Incorporate activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in young learners
Skills
- Experience in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices
- Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere
- Ability to provide nurturing care and support for toddlers
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies for young children
- Background in caregiving or special education is a plus
- Must have ECE units or be enrolled

Pay: $17.00 - $19.19 per hour
