Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative (Biotech)
Location: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite in Newark, CA)
Type: Full-time, direct hire
Comp: $70-80K uncapped commission (quarterly quotas)
This role is a mix of inside sales, customer success, and channel support, working closely with both clients and distributor partners across the U.S. and EU.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into revenue
- Support outbound sales efforts and help drive new business
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Support Account Executives with meetings and pipeline development
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and order status
- Work with distributor partners on onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM data
- Meet/exceed quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
- Life sciences background preferred (BSc in Biology or related field)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
