About the Role:
All In Solutions (AIS) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team as an Independent Contractor ONLY conducting Occupational Health Exams for Virginia State Police.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical disability benefit examinations in accordance with VA standards.
- Assist Veterans with completing medical history worksheets as necessary.
- Prepare and finalize Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) using proprietary software, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Incorporate diagnostic test results into complete, signed medical reports.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program (ACEN or CCNE).
- Current and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification in the relevant clinical specialty.
- Commitment to adhering to the practice act of the state of licensure.
- Must maintain current certification and license without any disciplinary or enforcement actions pending.
- Must possess and maintain a valid DEA permit and state controlled substance registration certificate.
- Must have medical experience with Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Experience in providing occupational health care services preferred.
- Providing health care for law enforcement, fire fighters or other public safety workers preferred.
Position Details:
- Part-Time contract position with an approximate five-year performance period.
- Specifically seeking practitioner for afternoons and Fridays.
- AIS provides scheduling, billing, and necessary computer equipment/software.

Location Requirements:
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Fredericksburg, VA prior to the contract start date. No relocation cost assistance provided.
