Certified Medical Assistant

Position Overview
All In-Solutions is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support clinical operations at one of our healthcare facilities. The CMA will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care by assisting providers with patient preparation, clinical procedures, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and skilled in both patient interaction and routine clinical duties, ensuring a smooth and professional healthcare experience for all patients.

This role requires a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet patients, obtain and record vital signs, patient history, and reason for visit

· Assist physicians and nurses during examinations and minor procedures

· Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as directed

· Prepare and maintain examination rooms and supplies

· Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)

· Perform routine lab procedures such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and specimen collection

· Schedule appointments, process referrals, and assist with patient follow-up communication

· Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations and all applicable clinical protocols

· Ensure cleanliness and proper function of clinical equipment

· Provide patient education as directed by the provider

Qualifications

Education & Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant program required

· Current CMA certification through AAMA, AMT, or equivalent required

· CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical healthcare setting preferred

Skills & Competencies

· Proficient in basic clinical procedures and EMR systems

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with medical terminology, coding, and basic billing practices

· Competent in administering injections, performing venipuncture, and obtaining EKGs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
