About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented ATM & Card Services Specialist to support the daily operations of our ATM and debit card services. In this role, you will help ensure ATM transactions, debit card settlements, member account maintenance, and dispute support are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with multiple systems, and providing thoughtful support to both members and employees.

- Balance ATM transactions by verifying totals against ATM machine transaction summaries and making needed account adjustments for input errors or machine malfunctions.
- Process debit card settlement daily, post exceptions and adjustments as needed, and complete vouchers for posting.
- Download, review, and work daily reports such as lost/stolen cards, rejected maintenance, applications, mismatches, card issue/reissue, address or name changes, closed accounts, return and destroy, and other reports as needed.
- Process settlement reports for all ATMs, including verification of checks and cash against transaction summary reports.
- Support branches, departments, employees, and members by responding to emails, faxes, phone calls, and in-person questions related to ATM and Card Services.
- Issue and reissue debit cards to qualified members and assist with card services-related questions.
- Research and help resolve ATM withdrawal and deposit disputes upon receipt.
- Monitor ATM activity to help ensure adequate cash is available and machine operations are maintained according to Credit Union policy.
- Coordinate ATM service, maintenance, cash, and supply needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain card stock inventory and support cash replenishment for ATMs and Smart ATMs.
- Monitor ATM Cash GL and Debit Card Settlement GL accounts and submit corrections when needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail distribution for the department.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
