Duties
- Coordinate and oversee a variety of interactive gaming activities, ensuring smooth operation and guest enjoyment
- Manage event setups, including organizing game stations, props, and themed environments to create immersive experiences
- Engage with guests through lively public speaking, guiding them through game rules and event schedules with enthusiasm
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly and professionally, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Monitor safety protocols at all times, including lifeguard responsibilities if applicable, to maintain a secure environment
- Assist with food service operations during events or breaks, providing excellent hospitality to guests
- Manage cash handling duties accurately during ticket sales or merchandise transactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in events management or coordinating live activities in entertainment or hospitality settings
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience working with children and understanding their needs in a playful environment
- Background in lifeguard duties or water safety is preferred but not required
- Comfortable with public speaking and engaging large groups confidently
- Knowledge of food service operations and hospitality standards is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Prior experience in theater or performing arts enhances your ability to create engaging experiences
