Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from pricing through completion. This role requires both technical and leadership expertise: you’ll be responsible for estimating, coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring project execution at the highest standard of quality and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and budgets for HVAC projects.
- Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure materials and resources are in place.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to project teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and value-added solutions.
- Monitor project performance, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
Requirements:

10 years of experience in HVAC project management, estimating, or related roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, RTUs, VRF, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA certification strongly preferred.
