- Compensation:
- $37–45 per hour, depending on experience and case
- Differentials available for high-acuity cases
- Referral and Sign-up Bonuses Available
- Paid Training Provided
- Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Document patient condition and care provided
- Follow patient care plans
- Communicate with the clinical team
- Requirements:
- Active NYS LPN License
- CPR Certification
- Infection Control Certificate
- Ability to work the assigned schedule
- Home care or PDN experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus)
