The Home Health Clinical Director
As our Home Health Clinical Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our Medicare Certified Home Health office located in Columbia. This office services Maury and surrounding counties. Responsibilities include budget oversight, management of clinical and clerical staff, monitoring patient admissions and visits, maintaining compliance with insurance authorizations, documentation, and monthly billing.
QUALIFICATIONS for Clinical Director:
- Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee RN license or other Compact state RN license
- Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
- Working knowledge of the framework, organization, and function of the home health care industry
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Private Insurance guidelines
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and methods involved in planning and directing personnel
- Three or more years Home Health experience
- Three or more years Management experience
