REGULAR RATE: $40/hr Weekly Pay

- Shift open: 6am-6:30pm or 7am-7:30 pm or 7pm-7:30am
- Every other weekend Required
- Guaranteed 36 hrs a week
- Contract is for 9 weeks

Job Summary
We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Active LPN certification for the state of NM
- COVID-19 Vaccine Card / Exemption or Declination
- Physical and TB screening
- Driver's License / State ID & SSN Card
- NM Caregivers Criminal History Screening
- EMR: Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.
