CONTRACT DETAILS:
- Shift time: 7am-3pm
- Every other weekend required
- This is a PRN pick-up contract
- The contract is for 9 weeks

We want to partner with a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Responsibilities
- Primarily assist with Resident's ADLs and provide companionship
- Assist with personal hygiene needs like dressing, laundry, bedding, room keeping, etc
- Assist with mobility, walking, physical therapy exercises, etc
- Assist with food and water intake
- Note: Each facility may have its own set of responsibilities, but the above-mentioned are the general responsibilities of a CNA.
- Active CNA certification for the State of PA
- PA PATCH
- Physical and TB screening
- Valid Driver’s License or State ID
- SSN Card
- Resume and 2 References
- Shift time: 7am-3pm
- Every other weekend required
