Office Manager
All Four Walls Drywall Repair – American Fork, Utah
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
All Four Walls Drywall Repair is looking for a dependable, organized, proactive Office Manager to help keep our day-to-day operation running smoothly.
We’ve been in business for about 10 years and specialize in drywall repair, texture matching, flood cuts, repipe repairs, ceilings, and other residential drywall work throughout Utah County and surrounding areas.
This is an important position within our company. You’ll be the central point between our customers, sales, ownership, and field technicians. We need someone who can keep a lot of moving pieces organized without needing to be constantly reminded what comes next.
What You'll Be Responsible ForCustomer Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and customer inquiries
- Speak professionally and confidently with homeowners, plumbers, restoration companies, property managers, and other customers
- Gather job information, addresses, photos, measurements, and project details
- Follow up with customers on estimates and outstanding questions
- Help create a great customer experience from the first phone call through completion of the job
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Schedule jobs and coordinate technician calendars
- Help organize daily routes and workloads
- Communicate schedule changes with customers and technicians
- Keep the schedule efficient and make sure technicians have the information they need before arriving at a job
- Handle unexpected changes without letting the whole day fall apart
Jobber & Office Organization
- Enter and maintain customer and job information in Jobber
- Make sure job notes, photos, estimates, invoices, and customer information are accurate and organized
- Keep track of open estimates, jobs waiting to be scheduled, and customers who need follow-up
- Help make sure jobs move through the system instead of getting forgotten
- Maintain organized digital and office records
Sales Support
- Prepare customer information so estimates can be created quickly
- Send estimates and follow up with customers
- Help turn incoming leads into booked jobs
- Track leads and estimates that haven't closed
- Work closely with ownership and sales to keep opportunities moving
Team & Operations
- Communicate with field technicians throughout the day
- Help solve scheduling, customer, and job-related issues
- Coordinate with management on priorities
- Assist with basic purchasing, supplies, paperwork, and other office needs
- Look for problems before they become emergencies
- Help improve systems and processes as the company grows
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

- Calm when schedules change or problems come up
Construction experience is helpful, but not required.
Experience with Jobber, scheduling, dispatching, customer service, home-service businesses, restoration, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or construction would be a major plus.
