Digital Content & Social Media Intern (Part-Time)

All For Signs is a fast-growing wholesale printing and signage company serving print shops, marketing agencies, and sign companies nationwide. We create everything from trade show displays and SEG lightboxes to custom fabric printing, banners, tents, flags, and large-format signage.

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Digital Content & Social Media Intern to help grow our brand through short-form video content and social media marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys social media, content creation, trends, filming, and editing. You’ll work directly with the marketing lead and have real ownership over content creation and execution.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Creation (Approximately 70%)

• Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Brainstorm and pitch content ideas weekly
• Help manage and maintain the social content calendar
• Research trends, hooks, audio, and viral formats
• Write captions and assist with post scheduling
• Organize content and maintain media libraries
• Capture behind-the-scenes production content, fun work humor, and product videos

Email Marketing Support (Approximately 30%)

• Assist with marketing email campaigns
• Help organize email assets and graphics
• Prepare content sections for newsletters and promotions
• Repurpose social media content into email marketing materials

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social trends
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Edits, or similar tools
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous experience managing social media accounts
• Basic photography or videography skills
• Portfolio, TikTok, Instagram page, or editing examples
• Interest in branding, B2B marketing, or content strategy

• Final content ideas, videos, and captions will be reviewed and approved before posting
• This is an on-site role in Hollywood, FL
• Summer internship, opportunity for continuing into the fall
