Job Summary
The Material Coordinator Lead is responsible for overseeing daily department operations and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals. This role provides guidance and support to material coordinators, assists with shipping and kitting activities, and inspects incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy and quality. The Lead is also accountable for maintaining a safe and organized work environment, monitoring workflow, and driving continuous improvement to achieve departmental objectives.
Essential Job Duties
Education
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Experience And/or Training
Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience; PCB industry experience preferred.
General knowledge of all processes within the assigned area.
Licenses/Certifications
Must hold, or be able to obtain, forklift and wave certification
Technology/Equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience With International Account Portals Preferred.
Travel
Position may require travel to all company sites

Essential Job Duties
- Inspect and verify accuracy of all incoming and outgoing product.
- Maintain proficiency in the ERP system to support daily operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, developing, and implementing process enhancements.
- Actively support and participate in 5S workplace organization initiatives.
- Work toward achieving certification in both shipping and kitting processes.
- Promptly communicate issues (e.g., material shortages, release holds, damaged product) to the supervisor or manager.
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in Tier 2 meetings and provide relevant updates.
- Monitor kitting and shipping activities, providing assistance when necessary to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Salary : $23 - $27
