Position Summary
ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, LLC. is seeking a Service Manager to provide leadership and supervision to a staff of Service Technicians and Mechanics. This is a full-time, exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. Prefer local candidates or those willing to relocate.
Essential Functions
- Provide leadership and direct the activities of Service personnel
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Process
- Inventory management
- Manage running costs and maintenance overheads
- Review, analyze and track maintenance measures
- Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Must have experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy construction equipment, crane and lift equipment a definite plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
- Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with NextGen maintenance software is a plus
