Now Hiring: Daycare Kitchen Assistant
El Way Childcare and Learning Center is looking for a reliable, organized Kitchen Assistant to help prepare fresh, healthy meals for the children in our daycare. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team and takes pride in keeping a clean, safe kitchen.
Pay: $16.50–$17.50/hour (DOE)
Hours: 25–35 hours/week

Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion meals and snacks.
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen.
- Follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with meal service and step into the lead role when needed.
- Monitor supplies and make occasional local grocery/food runs using a company vehicle.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable, dependable, and detail oriented.
- Kitchen or food-service experience preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate!
