As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' homes are kept clean, organized, and safe. You will be responsible for following specific cleaning protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in each home you visit. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be key in providing exceptional service to our clients. We also offer commercial cleaning services. Working with other businesses in our community, ensuring we are meeting their cleaning needs to create a clean and inviting environment for their customers.

We are looking for reliable individuals who are dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning services. Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required. We will provide all necessary training to help you succeed in your role as a Cleaning Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning services for residential homes and commercial properties.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and restock supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and other fixtures.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and products.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address concerns courteously.
• Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged property, or supply needs to management.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude while representing the company.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods.
