Evening Cleaning Technician - Monday through Friday with 3 hour shifts starting after 5:00 PM.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Disinfect surfaces regularly to uphold health and safety standards, especially high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, and countertops
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and inspecting tools and machinery daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently during all cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding cleaning protocols and confidentiality
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move continuously throughout shifts; physical stamina is essential
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and proper handling procedures; familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines is a plus
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the work site for punctuality
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new skills
