Medical Director

All Day Medical Care Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director to lead clinical operations and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This role is responsible for providing clinical leadership, overseeing providers, and driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities of Medical Director:

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Oversee quality assurance initiatives, patient safety, and clinical outcomes
• Conduct chart reviews, audits, and risk management activities
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of clinical staff
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and provider guidance
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality care

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted medical license in [State]
• Board certification in a relevant specialty
• 3 years of clinical experience; prior leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
