What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Researcher position at All County Title Company?
All County Title Company is seeking a full-time title researcher to be part of our team in Troy, Missouri. All County Title Company is a full-service real estate/construction escrow company assisting Buyers and Sellers with their real estate transaction needs.
Job duties include:
- conducting title searches on real estate, reviewing deed records, tax records, reviewing judgments.
- communicating with customers.
- Other various tasks as well as other office duties as required.
The successful applicant will be detailed oriented, professional, organized, have the ability to work well in a team environment, will be a self-starter, and can take direction. The successful applicant will work closely with the title company manager, as well as the Title Company’s attorney. The successful candidate will have a Title Producer License issued by the Missouri Department of Insurance or will have a temporary license with a requirement that a full license will be obtained within 90 days of hire date.
This position is a full-time salaried position with benefits. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and a retirement plan. Work hours are generally between 8am to 5pm.
