What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administration Assistant position at All County Platinum Property Management?
This Administrative Assistant will assist the owner of the company to handle various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include answering telephone calls and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar, conducting consistent follow-up and performing accurate data entry in a timely manner.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent phone skills, pay close attention to detail, be well-organized, a good multi-tasker and have working knowledge of computer programs such Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel & Point.
Looking for a team player who is an excellent communicator, reliable, and is willing to learn. Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Part-Time Hours between 10am and 5pm, Monday-Friday, In-Office Position.
Salary : $18 - $20
