Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Endodontist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide specialized root canal therapy and endodontic treatments that restore oral health and alleviate patient discomfort. Duties

• Perform comprehensive root canal procedures, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution using state-of-the-art technology.
• Assess patient oral health through detailed examinations, utilizing medical imaging and dental terminology to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Maintain precise medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with general dentists, pediatric dentists, oral surgeons, and prosthodontists to coordinate patient care plans and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination during procedures.
• Utilize dental fabrication skills for creating custom restorations when necessary post-treatment.
• Educate patients on endodontic procedures, post-treatment care, and preventive practices to promote long-term oral health.

Skills

• Proficiency in using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning.
• Extensive knowledge of endodontics principles including root canal therapy, dental anatomy, and infection control standards.
• Strong understanding of general dentistry practices, dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques.
• Experience with pediatric dentistry and oral surgery procedures is a plus for comprehensive patient management.
• Skilled in performing dental extractions and other related procedures with precision and care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
