What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Survey Technician position at All County Land Surveyor PC?
All County Land Surveyor (ACLS) is a land surveying firm with over 30 years of experience primarily serving the NY metropolitan area (NYC, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland and Beyond) But with operations based in NYC and Rochester. We offer traditional surveying services such as boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, architectural surveys, construction layout, as-built surveys, elevation certificates, and more. We also offer 3D laser scanning services for surveying applications and beyond. Our firm is equipped with the latest technology and professional expertise to meet the surveying and geospatial needs of our clients.
We are looking for a new Land Survey Technician to join our firm. Prior land surveying experience is a plus, however all skills required for the position will be taught.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and operation of professional surveying equipment
- Collection and labeling of data
- Note taking of field observations
Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors
- High School Diploma
- Active Driver's License
- English proficiency
- Ability to work overtime
- Comfortable with long distance car travel
Salary : $20 - $30
