Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our company. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting office staff, and delivering outstanding customer service to clients, vendors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
Manage the front desk, lobby area, and general office appearance
Assist with scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and coordinating service calls
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow
Uphold company standards for customer service and confidentiality
Qualifications
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
