We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to grow with a professional, customer-focused company.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Service and Repair experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in Service and Repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment.
This position requires strong technical ability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems and components
- Repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps.
- Service and Repair mini-split and indoor air quality systems
- Ensure all repairs meet local codes and company quality standards
- Troubleshoot operation -related issues and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete service and repair paperwork and job documentation accurately
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC Service and Repair experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
- EPA Certification
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and duct modifications
- Experience with heat pumps and mini-split systems
- NATE certification or additional HVAC certifications
