We’re hiring a hands‑on Program Manager to lead daily operations of an adult day services program supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and support the daily operations of an Adult Day Services program. This leadership role balances program coordination, staff support, participant engagement, and community involvement in a structured, supportive environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Primarily 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
(No nights or overnights)
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the adult day program
- Provide leadership and support to direct support staff
- Support adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities and community engagement
- Monitor participant well‑being and respond to behavioral or medical needs
- Supervise self‑administration of medications and maintain required documentation
- Coordinate activities, community outings, and enrichment opportunities
- Communicate regularly with families, staff, and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Assist with direct support coverage as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming program environment with staff support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human services, developmental disabilities, social services, special education, mental health, or healthcare
- Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Must pass background check and MVR
