Are you an experienced Caregiver looking to transition away from facility work and going out into the community to help clients?
If so, All Care Companions is hiring for In-Home and Community Care Support Individuals. We are looking for individuals that are fun, caring, and outgoing that is looking for flexibility and fulfilling relationships with clients. We are looking for part-time availability and potential grow to full-time position. We are hiring in Dakota county and surrounding areas (Apple Valley, Farmington, Lakeville, Inver Grove and West St Paul). Current Position: Bloomington, MN/ Community Support
All Care Companions is looking Individualized Support Staff 1:1 with a young female client who lives in Northfield, MN. Staff will be responsible for assisting the individual with increase access to the community.
Preffered schedule (Can Change)
Monday 10am- 3pm
Wednesday 10am - 3pm
Friday 10am - 3pm
Responsibilities will include but not limit to; transportation, shopping, errands, community participation, take client to the Library, Favorite stores, Mall, Zoo, movies.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and/or co-occurring diagnosis.
Experience with verbal de-escalation strategies and working with individuals who exhibit aggressive behaviors.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Basic math and computer skills.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License, a vehicle and proof of insurance.
Must be able to perform all physical/essential requirements with or without reasonable accommodation(s).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience collecting and summarizing data to document program delivery by observation, charting and measuring.
