All-at-Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and responsible
Personal Care Homemaker to provide personal care to individuals within
the home setting. This role ensures clients can live safely and
comfortably in their own homes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with
personal care: bathing, hair and skin care, oral hygiene, shaving,
dressing, toileting, feeding (as authorized), ambulation, transfers, bed
changes, and medication reminders. Perform household tasks: meal
planning and preparation, cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, grocery
shopping, and bed making. Observe and report changes in client?s
physical, mental, or behavioral condition, emergencies, or requests for
service plan adjustments. Follow infection control protocols and
practice universal precautions. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age. Completion of a Personal Care
Homemaker training program. Mature, emotionally stable, and empathetic
toward patients with medical needs. Cleared criminal background check,
OIG Check, And Nurse Aide Registry Verification. Physical Requirements
Pass a physical exam and provide a TB test or Chest X-Ray. Reliable
transportation to and from work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform
transfers, reposition patients, and perform repetitive movements.
Tolerate exposure to household cleaning solutions, pet hair, dust,
unsanitary conditions, weather extremes, and high-crime areas. Join our
