Riverfront Moving & Storage is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator.

This is not a traditional receptionist or administrative assistant role. We are looking for someone who can help drive company growth by delivering outstanding customer service, managing incoming leads, coordinating schedules, and helping convert inquiries into booked moves.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to provide a professional experience for every customer from the first call through move completion.

Compensation

$17–$22 per hour performance bonuses (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with moving inquiries.
  • Respond quickly to website leads, Google leads, referral leads, and marketing inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates and pending opportunities.
  • Schedule moving estimates and customer appointments.
  • Send professional emails, text messages, and customer communications.
  • Manage customer information and opportunities within our CRM.
  • Coordinate schedules with management and moving crews.
  • Confirm upcoming moves and ensure customers are prepared for moving day.
  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain a positive customer experience throughout the entire moving process.
  • Support sales efforts by following up with prospects and helping convert leads into booked jobs.


What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Email and internet-based software
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience.
  • Inside sales experience.
  • Moving industry experience.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
