Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for clients coordinating household goods relocations. This role is responsible for managing each move from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, organized, and positive experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main client contact throughout the relocation process
  • Coordinate all aspects of household goods moves, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Gather customer information, process orders, and prepare move estimates
  • Work closely with sales, operations, dispatch, and third-party vendors to ensure service excellence
  • Schedule services and manage logistics with dispatch teams
  • Prepare and distribute move documentation (tickets, bills of lading, confirmations)
  • Maintain and update customer profiles and records
  • Handle military OA/DA requests and international relocation coordination
  • Conduct post-move follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues and provide effective, timely solutions
  • Support invoicing accuracy and assist with reporting requirements
  • Initiate and manage quick claim processes
  • Assist with additional team needs as required


Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or operations support
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or relocation services preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills


Work Environment

  • Fully onsite in Burlington Township, NJ
  • Collaborative, fast-paced office setting
  • Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM


Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Willingboro, NJ.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
