What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist & Training Coordinator position at All Around Children?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable HR Generalist / Training Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our HR function across all eight centers. In this role, you will work closely with our Employee Relations Manager to keep our HR infrastructure running smoothly while serving as a friendly, trusted resource for our teachers and staff. You'll spend time both behind the scenes, owning the administrative backbone of leave administration, employee records, and training compliance, and in our centers, building relationships with staff, supporting culture initiatives, and being a visible, approachable face of HR. This is an ideal role for someone with an early childhood or education background who wants to grow into a broader HR career while staying close to the classrooms and teachers that make our organization special.

As a member of our team, you will have access to generous benefits, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication. We are passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences for children and are looking for an individual who shares our dedication and enthusiasm.
