SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Production Supervisor provides work direction to workers and supervises team leaders performing production activities in a manufacturing environment. With the Plant Manager, coordinates all activities required to ensure production goals are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
- Supervises production team leaders and coordinates the scheduling of people, materials, and equipment.
- Ensures compliance to company and safety policies and procedures.
- Works with various departments to assure proper inventory levels are produced and maintained.
- Provides input to performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment ensuring that safety and housekeeping standards are met in the factory.
- Maintains product quality standards, ensuring a high level of work performance by team members.
- Provides training as necessary.
- Enforces policies and work rules in a fair and consistent manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Degree or equivalent required.
- College Education in related field desirable.
- Minimum of seven (7) years production-related experience.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.

- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, while also performing repetitive tasks.
- Prolonged periods of bending and/or twisting throughout a work shift.
Education
