As we expand our reach, we’re launching a new branch office in Baltimore and seeking a results-driven and passionate Branch Manager to lead the charge. Position Summary:The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations, growth, and performance of the Baltimore home care office. This includes team leadership, client satisfaction, caregiver management, regulatory compliance, and business development. You’ll play a vital role in establishing a high-performing branch that provides outstanding in-home care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Operations:
- Launch and manage daily operations of the new Baltimore branch
- Hire, train, and supervise office and field staff, including care coordinators and caregivers
- Ensure the branch meets quality, compliance, and performance standards
- Create a positive team culture that promotes accountability and excellence
Client Services:
- Oversee client intake, assessments, care planning, and service delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular follow-up
- Address client concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
Business Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (e.g., hospitals, case managers, senior communities)
- Implement local marketing and outreach initiatives to grow the client base
- Monitor market trends and opportunities for service expansion
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations for home care services
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company policy
- Lead branch audits, performance reviews, and continuous improvement efforts
Required:
- 3 years of management experience in home care, home health, senior care, or a related healthcare field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Maryland home care regulations
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
- Familiarity with EVV systems and care management software (e.g., ClearCare, HHAeXchange)
- Existing network of referral sources in the Baltimore area
