LPN Medical Care Manager

Role: As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support in a senior living environment, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time
• Monitor symptoms and report adverse reactions or refusals
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
  
  

Key Duties: Ensure medication safety, early health change detection, and resident safety through clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
