Warehouse Packaging Associate

Position Summary

The Warehouse Packaging Associate is responsible for accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing facility maintenance products, tools, and supplies for shipment or internal distribution. This role ensures all items are properly handled, organized, and meet quality and safety standards before leaving the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Package products, materials, and maintenance supplies according to company standards
• Inspect items for damage, defects, or inconsistencies before packaging
• Label, tag, and prepare shipments for delivery or internal dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records of packaged and outgoing items
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as needed
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and logistics team to meet daily goals
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, packaging, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
