Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service operations.
- Handle food items safely, ensuring proper storage and handling practices are followed.
- Provide exceptional service during meal times, catering to the needs of residents.
- Utilize knife skills for meal preparation and presentation.
- Participate in catering events as needed, contributing to menu design and execution.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen workspaces.
