Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards.
- Support food safety protocols during food handling and preparation, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations and guest services excellence.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts, balancing serving duties with bussing and host/hostess responsibilities.
- Familiarity with food industry standards for food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques.
