Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Project Management team and overall project portfolio
- Strengthen and expand existing project management processes and resources
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and issue resolution
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Technical Design, Fabrication, Sales, Electrical Mechanical, and Rentals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Evaluate, prioritize, and assign projects based on business needs and team capacity
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and clearly communicate goals, roles, and expectations
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables; hold team members accountable for commitments
- Create organizational visibility, alignment, and clarity across projects
- Develop and implement operational frameworks and best practices to improve execution
- Ensure adequate staffing and resources to meet project demands
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality products that reflect the company’s standards in the global staging industry
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Complete all required training modules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills, including experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and CAD software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve complex problems
- Strong process development and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project, production, construction, or fabrication management
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in the live entertainment industry required
- Working knowledge of construction and/or fabrication processes
- Familiarity with touring, staging, and production environments
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to company facilities, client sites, and project locations as required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
