We are a professional accounting office providing bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services for a diverse client base. We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Payroll Support Specialist to assist our team with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
- Assist with preparing and processing weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll for multiple clients
- Review employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
- Enter payroll data into payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto – update as needed)
- Verify compliance with state and federal payroll regulations
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records
- Support year-end tasks such as W-2 and 1099 preparation
- Communicate with clients professionally regarding payroll changes or questions
- Perform general office and accounting support duties as needed
