Position Overview:
All About Personnel is seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals for a production and assembly role within a manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient workflow and output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products (foam, lumber, corrugated materials) based on work instructions and production specifications
- Operate tools and equipment safely, including but not limited to saws, staplers, nail guns, glue/heat tools, and banding equipment
- Inspect product quality, verify quantities, ensure proper packaging and labeling, and record production data
- Package and store finished goods in designated locations
- Communicate material needs and support production flow as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or concerns immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including general housekeeping tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work scheduled hours with flexibility for overtime as needed
- Basic math and measurement skills (ability to read a tape measure preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting
- Lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. occasionally
Work Environment:
- Warehouse/manufacturing setting with moderate to high noise levels
- Exposure to dust and varying temperatures depending on the season
- Fast paced environment, must keep up with the lines.
