What You’ll Do as the Vice President of Carrier Strategies
- Drive revenue growth through carrier partnerships, commission strategies, and regional market opportunities
- Collaborate with carrier leadership teams to execute revenue-generating initiatives and strategic projects
- Utilize Excel, Epic, and Ennabl to identify business opportunities, reporting, and performance tracking
- Manage and strengthen carrier relationships while supporting regional business strategies
- Track, forecast, and report contingent income and carrier performance metrics
- Support M&A due diligence efforts, executive reporting, and producer feedback initiatives
- Assist with meeting preparation, strategic planning, and ongoing operational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of insurance industry experience in a senior production or leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong experience working directly with insurance carriers and carrier representatives
- Extensive knowledge of property & casualty, risk management, life & health, and related insurance products
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Epic, and related reporting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*This position requires travel between different offices as well as attendance at carrier meetings and industry events.
