ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across a large enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience, along with expertise in integrations, automation, security, and enterprise infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and security requirements.
- Lead design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and automation.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Active Directory, LDAP, SCCM/MECM, endpoint management, and enterprise applications.
- Use JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, and UI Policies for ServiceNow development.
- Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and PowerShell for automation.
- Monitor platform performance, capacity, availability, and overall health.
- Partner with business, infrastructure, security, and support teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, solution designs, documentation, and compliance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve ServiceNow processes and adopt new capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence and AI-driven solutions.
- Provide escalation support in a 24/7/365 environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience architecting, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, administration, configuration, and development.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of networking, DNS/DHCP, PKI, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Experience with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, Ivanti, VMware/Hyper-V.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow CSA, CSS, or CSM certification.
- Experience in a law firm/legal technology environment.
- Experience with iManage, CarpeDiem, or Litera.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum experience.
- Experience with desktop management and legal applications.
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
