Product Owner / Product Manager
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, manage the backlog, and deliver digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes.
- Work with business and technology teams to understand insurance processes and requirements.
- Create and manage epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support delivery teams.
- Coordinate UAT, product demonstrations, release readiness, and user adoption.
- Analyze data, integrations, APIs, business rules, and exception scenarios.
- Communicate product priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 7 years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience.
- Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience.
- Experience with commercial insurance is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes such as policies, endorsements, renewals, claims, underwriting, premiums, billing, and client servicing.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and product backlog management.
- Excellent requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
