Responsibilities:

• Oversee staffing operations across multiple facilities, ensuring timely and effective staffing of all positions
• Develop and implement staffing plans to meet patient care needs and facility requirements
• Manage and coordinate staffing schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime
• Collaborate with facility leaders to identify staffing needs and develop solutions to address talent gaps
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to meet facility needs
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Analyze staffing metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility leaders, clinical staff, and other stakeholders
