Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and evaluating the facility's customer service programs and activities
- Meet and greet new residents, observing their attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement to evaluate facility customer service and resident satisfaction
- Support all departments, including Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping, Activities, and Social Services, to ensure the daily needs of residents are met
- Provide customer service that meets the needs of residents and families within the scope of services the facility can provide
- Participate in community planning related to the interests of facility customer service and the needs of residents and families
- Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of Concierge
- Coordinate customer service initiatives with other departments as necessary
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) conducted by authorized government agencies as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
