This role is primarily responsible for managing employee benefits programs, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will also assist with payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and supplemental plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, enrollments, and coverage issues.
- Coordinate new hire benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and open enrollment processes.
- Partner with brokers and vendors to resolve benefits-related issues and ensure accurate plan administration.
- Maintain benefits records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Reconcile benefits billing and eligibility reports; identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support employee education and communication around benefits offerings and changes.
- Assist with payroll processing for multiple facilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and audit timekeeping data, including hours worked, overtime, and PTO.
- Support payroll reporting, deductions, and garnishments.
- Partner with HR and leadership to ensure accurate employee data in HRIS/payroll systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
- Support audits and reporting related to benefits and payroll.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
